How do you have sushi this freakin' phenomenal in Milledgeville, Ga? Never disappointed with the Kai or the Thai selections!

Best kept little secret in Milledgeville! They have my favorite sushi roll, One Night in Bangkok! Everything I have tried is tasty! Service is hit or miss.... not bad, just average. It's still my favorite place to eat in Milly!!

Friggin amazazing! I've talked about my experience all day. This will definitely be a once a week spot for me!

Food is always superb! Fresh, delicious and so much variety. They put quality into every dish. I enjoy both the curry, sushi and other dishes from them. Highly recommend!

Possibly the greatest place ever!!every bite is like angels dancing on your taste buds. Flavors created in the heavens and cast down to earth. If you have had Kai tai, you know that everything else tastes like boiled goose

OMG! Beautiful food! Why is no one here?!? Having Myi Oo-Mee Shii seafood & noodle soup is absolutely great. Lime flavor in broth with shrimp, fish, scallops, tofu, basil & more. Light crisp vegs. Apologize I don't know how to take pics. 👍👍👍👍👍

The food here is really good, and very well priced. The restaurant space is cozy, and it was packed for lunch. The service was very fast, although not the friendliest ever, but it didn’t hurt the experience. Overall very enjoyable!

Every time I go here they have great service and food. I can’t say that about many places honestly. Kai Thai is always my #1 pick for lunch or dinner out.

I LOVE the food. Dishes can be acquired here that will burn the hairs off your ancestor's feet! An appetizer named "Fireball" I highly recommend. The restaurant is very small, granted the available space is used very effectively, they need a bigger lease or a stand-alone. There's no buffer between tables so you'll inevitably become a part of the college kids' conversation beside you where they try to out do each other on the overuse of the word 'like'.

The food is delicious every time. This is definitely one of my favorites restaurants. And it's nice to be able to order online and get a text when your food is ready.

gotta love amazing flavors and spicy level of options. absolutely friendly staff. shrimp fresh rolls with peanut sauce and sriracha. seaweed cucumber salad. and shrimp, broccoli, babycorn, bamboo shoots, with mushrooms... tell em' brook sent ya! gotta try the Mad Scientist sushi roll! designed by yours truly.

Low prices and great variety of selections. Food is always delicious and fresh. One of my favorite restaurants in town. Our is a very small place though and can be a wait for a table on busy days like weekends.

Best restaurant in Milledgeville! Food is great and staff is very nice. The atmosphere is great. The food is authentic! I love the curries. If it were less expensive I'd eat their daily! But I try to go often. You should try if you're in town! They have good sushi too if you like that.

Kai Thai continues to be one of my favorite restaurants! It has been for several years. A few years back, I went once with a group and spoke with the owners about how they ran their restaurant. They were actually Thai, and said they went back to Thailand a few times a year for authentic spices. I've never ever had a bad meal or bad server here, and I have been many many times. It is a smaller space, so you feel it when they're busy, but it never ruins the experience for me. Their ginger dressing is to die for! And their curry is lovely - especially the yellow. I will be back again and again and again and again.

Kai Thai consistently serves good food using friendly servers. We have eaten here several times and everything we've tried has been delicious.You are greater at the door with a "Please Wait to be Seated" sign followed promptly by a friendly smile and helpful voice ready to take you to your seats. Beverage service is usually part of this. Next your server shows up, takes your order or helps you with menu items. Your order is served promptly. The food is wonderful. The service is great. There is nothing here to not like.

Great service and good food, we were able to please everyone in our party, even the toddler with some rice and chicken. Fresh food made to order. Very delicious.

Excellent rolls, also enjoyed the salmon asparagus appetizer. Will definately try again when I'm in town.

Love this place! The best sushi ever. Got a Sugar Daddy sushi roll. Fried. So super good. Best I ever had!! Highly recommend it. Small place but good atmosphere and nice staff. Not the cheapest... But totally worth it!!

Its usually good. This time was the 3rd time i ordered it. I had to wait 20 mins on it. Received it cold, with wasabi dribbled beside my sushi when i said no wasabi or ginger. It taste old, definitely not fresh. Im highly disappointed that i spend 27 dollars on a lobster roll and milledgeville roll to receive such a disgrace of sushi in return.

This restaurant probably surprised me the most out of all the restaurants in the area. I was not expecting such a quality Thai food experience but they did. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to have good Thai food. I will absolutely be back.

I love Kai Thai so much. I really can't say enough about this place. The food and service are flawless every time. Get the pumpkin curry when it is in season. You will not be disappointed!

We love Kai Thai, one of our favorite restaurants in town. Don't judge it by the outside, the inside is cute and the food is amazing. Their sushi is great and the do specials once a week. I love their curries, but unfortunately they all contain dairy, as do most of their soups so ask if you have food allergies!

Beef and meatball soup is a great meal in any weather! I really enjoyed the sushi, was lucky to catch the Thursday special. The staff was friendly and attentive.

I've been coming here since they opened & everything is amazing. I'm a huge fan of sushi & the quality is spot on. I take pictures of the food to add it to my "sushi porn" folder lol.

I live in Germany and have eaten at many Thai restaurants in Europe and around the world but Kai Thai is my favorite and never disappoints when I come to Milledgeville to visit family. We always have to visit Kai Thai during my visit for some delicious, authentic Thai cuisine. Yum!!

We eat here on a regular basis with a variety of friends and everyone always loves it. Both the food and service are consistently wonderful. It is my all favorite- if I had to pick one restaurant anywhere this would be it!

My husband loves sushi. We normally go to the one down town milly but this one was closer to where I was. Great food!

The space isn't small as much as slender with mainly college students on staff. Don't expect diversity. I was assured the owners are Thai/Philipino so the food would be authentic. The chicken coconut soup was very nicely done. So were the spring rolls. The pad thai noodles were actually chewy. Staff hanging out on their phones were very noticeable. I can't speak to the authenticity simply because different regions and different families will have different styles of cooking so I'll leave that up to you, the customer, to decide. Fair prices, comfortable atmosphere, sufficiently although not overly attentive staff.

Pad Thai is my absolute favorite 2x spicy. Be sure to order it at least 1x or it will taste to bland. The spice makes the meal and 2x is mild but very flavorful. They deserve 5Stars for the Sushi! Better Sushi than any place I been too in Atlanta, NY, Fl,& NC! If you like.Sushi, this place has the best! The Sushi maker is actually from Thailand and trained there in her native land. I believe that's what gives this place the edge!
